We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team in Cyprus, where traditional construction meets the world of Building Information Modeling (BIM). With 3 to 5 years of experience in construction sites or structural design, you’ll be part of an exciting journey to transform construction processes using 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM technologies. While prior BIM experience is not required, knowledge of BIM software is considered an advantage, and you will receive comprehensive training to develop these skills.

Your Role: From Foundations to Future

In this role, you’ll begin by mastering 3D BIM modeling, then evolve into integrating 4D BIM for project scheduling and 5D BIM for cost estimation and tracking. The successful candidate will undergo in-depth training to acquire these essential skills, enabling you to manage projects with greater precision, efficiency, and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply 3D BIM technologies to design and visualize construction projects, ensuring accuracy and improved project outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training in 4D BIM for scheduling and 5D BIM for cost management, and integrate these elements into real-world construction workflows.
• Collaborate with project and site teams to effectively implement BIM technologies, transforming how construction projects are planned and executed.
• Prepare bar bending schedules using digital technologies to streamline the process and enhance accuracy.
• If you have knowledge of 3D BIM software, you can leverage that experience to advance quicker in our training program and potentially support in streamlining digital processes.
• Utilize tools like 3D BIM software (training provided if necessary) to contribute to innovative digital construction.
• Continuously engage in training and professional development, ensuring you stay at the forefront of BIM technologies and construction best practices.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience on construction sites with strong project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in learning and applying 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM technologies through structured and comprehensive training.
• No prior BIM experience required; however, any familiarity with 3D BIM software is considered an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Cyprus and registered as a member of ETEK (Technical Chamber of Cyprus).
• A proactive learner with strong collaboration and communication skills, passionate about integrating technology into construction workflows.
